Sales Requirements / Commission Structure
Personal sales goals will be set on individual basis. It is expected that all agents will sell a minimum of $50,000 a year beginning their 2nd year.
Commission rates run between 50% - 70%. Agents must continue to meet minimum sales goals to be eligible for commission percentage increases on total sales. The agency owner reserves the right to increase or decrease (not lower than 50%) sales commission percentages based upon the level of service provided to the agent by the home office and consistency of meeting sales goals, and the marketing activity the agent has performed.
Every Agent will be assigned a mentor during training.
